Single Village Fix

Ingredients

• 60 ml joven mezcal
• 22.5 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 22.5 ml agave syrup
• 2 chunks of fresh pineapple
• Crushed ice

Preparation

1. Muddle the pineapple with the agave syrup in the bottom of the shaker.
2. Add the mezcal and lime, and shake with ice for ten seconds.
3. Fine-strain over a rocks glass packed with crushed ice.
4. Top with more crushed ice until it domes above the rim.
