Mezcal Mule

Ingredients

• 50 ml joven mezcal
• 20 ml lime juice
• 120 ml ginger beer
• Ice cubes

Preparation

1. Fill the mug to the top with ice.
2. Add the mezcal and lime juice straight over the ice.
3. Top with ginger beer and stir once, lifting from the bottom.
4. Slap the mint between your palms and set it by the rim, where your nose will catch it.
