Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Gin (London Dry)
- 0.5 oz of Dry Vermouth
- 1 dash of Orange Bitters (optional but recommended)
- Green olive or a lemon twist for garnish
Preparation
- Fill a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Pour in the gin, the dry vermouth and the dash of bitters.
- Stir gently with a bar spoon for about 30 to 40 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into your glass, which should be almost frozen.
- Decorate by threading one or three olives onto a toothpick, or by squeezing the oils from a lemon peel onto the surface.
