Ranch Water
Prep time:
Tequila, lime and sparkling water, in the bottle or in a highball. Nowhere to hide: with three ingredients, whatever tequila you use shows up in full.
Ingredients
- 60 ml blanco tequila
- 22.5 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- Sparkling mineral water, well chilled
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Fill the highball to the top with ice.
- Add the tequila and the lime.
- Top with sparkling mineral water poured down the side of the glass.
- One short turn with the spoon and serve with a lime wedge.
