White Russian

Ingredients

• 50 ml vodka
• 20 ml coffee liqueur
• 30 ml single cream
• Large ice cubes

Preparation

1. Fill the glass to the top with ice.
2. Pour in the vodka, then the coffee liqueur.
3. Stir briefly so the first two layers combine.
4. Pour the cream very slowly over the back of a spoon, so it stays on top.
5. Serve unstirred. Whoever wants it mixed can do that in their own glass.
