Green Tea Shot
Prep time:
Irish whiskey, peach schnapps and lemon, shaken and finished with a splash of lemon-lime soda. There is no tea in it: the name comes from the colour, a pale green rather like green tea.
Ingredients
- 15 ml Irish whiskey
- 15 ml peach schnapps
- 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 10 ml simple syrup
- A splash of lemon-lime soda
Preparation
- Put the whiskey, peach schnapps, lemon and syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about ten seconds, until the shaker frosts.
- Strain into the shot glass and finish with a splash of soda, without stirring.
